This is the TV special that aired in the US during November of 1992 and is much talked about in Bill Flangan's book, At The End Of The World. There is live footage and other fun to be had. Unfortunately this was copied from a not so great VHS. The sound is perfect but it is still a great 'document' to have in one's collection. We can only hope that this is amongst the ZOOTV fun that can be added as BONUS footage once they finally put "Sydney" on DVD.
